Seen any good internet memes lately? Wow, we sure have!
This week, we've heard the roar of the internet louder than the sound of water rushing through the Toledo Bend flood gates. As a very public part of our community, we realize that we are fair game for insults and criticisms.
We'll take those right along with all the wonderfully supportive comments.
Some have been supportive; some have been critical. We have a sense of humor too, and some of them were down right funny. But some have been, well, a little bit inappropriate and offensive to some viewers.
Please understand that KPLC did not create any of those internet memes, not one - not even the ones we might want to claim. We simply do not do that.
What we will do, is continue to bring you the best information we can, with 25 hours a week of live local news, sports, and of course – weather.
We thank you for letting us into your homes, and your lives. It's a privilege we don't take lightly. 7 at Your Service isn't just a slogan, it's what we are all about. And if that sometimes means hearing from viewers about the good, the bad, and the ugly - we're OK with that too.
Dear KPLC viewers,
Do you have a reply to this A Better SWLA commentary or a new topic you'd like KPLC to consider? Please @mail it to firstname.lastname@example.org or post it to the "A Better SWLA" social group on swlaconnected. We may post it here, use it in a future commentary, or ask you to record your own "A Better SWLA" to be seen on KPLC, kplctv.com and our mobile apps.
