A federal judge has blocked parts of Louisana's new abortion law. The judge issued a two week restraining order stopping two key parts of the new law. One requires women wanting an abortion to have an ultrasound exam. The other requires doctors to give women certain printed materials before an abortion. The restraining order was in response to a lawsuit filed by the Center for Reproductive Rights. Do you agree with the judge's decision to block the new abortion law?
Murder is Murder, sign for it or not.
Ultra may stop some from this murder.
Womans right??????????????????
to Kill innocent Human Beings
and what about the Fathers Rights?
Pregnacy is a Joint result.
Get the Guy when it comes to Support though...
Abortion is Murder.

Lets face the facts. Some abortions have been done on young women who were not pregnant.Just for the money. I would think an ultra sound would be helpful so the Mother and Father could make the right decision. We do things when we are young that we regret later in life.

it's just so funny how liberals paint this rosy fantasy of an america with crystal cities and diverse populations of all races and creeds living in egalitarian harmony and yet fail to acknowledge the barbarity of abortion. The hubris of this act pollutes the sea like no oil slick ever could.

I'm glad they blocked the ultrasound part...Why waste money?? Until you know a woman's reason why she is having an abortion,it is her business, not anyone else's.....

I want to repeat ONE thing , I do not care if you wish to flush the flesh and bones of YOUR innocent human child down a disposal to support your most common sport sex activities, as long as I do not have to pay and therefore be part of the MURDER. If taxpayer funds are used for Abortive Procedures , I believe and it is my belief that the Government is forcing myself and other caring citizens to be complicit in that MURDER. Check the NEWS from Barry's first few days in office , it is a fact that taxpayer funds ARE being used as I write to crush and flush babies in foreign countries.

All of you that think it is ok to kill a baby are so wrong. Just think if your mother would have had an abortion you wouldn't be here today. This business about a woman's choice is nothing but a big crock of B.S.She had a choice before she spread her legs.Say what you want about rape or anything else it is still murder.Go back and look at the 10 commandments and see what the fifth one says. THOU SHALL NOT KILL. Need I say anymore.

Yes I agree with the Judge for blocking the new law. The church and religious people need to stay out of the laws. Just because the "bible" a story book says thou shall not kill doesn’t make it a LAW. It's what you believe. If someone wants an abortion who cares it’s their right to do what you like. Lots of people on this blog are against government telling them what to do. Like higher insurance for smokers and so on. So why would you want the government telling a woman they can’t do what they want with their body. SO for me throwing out well the bible says is B.S..

It doesn't matter if you believe in abortion or not,The Supreme court has said that abortions are legal,Period, and the States need to stop passing silly laws that they know are going to be struck down, they only serve to make Lawyers richer, and thats who make the laws. Most of our legislatures are lawyers.Any law that interfears with a womans right to have an abortion is going to be struck down, so lawmakers need to stop with costly laws that the taxpayers have to pay for when they are struck down.

So BD , did the Supreme Court tell OBAMA he could send my tax money overseas for abortions in Africa ? Silly laws ......to try and protect the innocent and unwanted ....Why not start executing the 1, 2 , 3 year olds for misbehaving but wait , that's against other " silly laws "

No, I do not agree with the judge blocking the education of the women who wants to kill her child. She need to know that she has a life in her; a person. A living human being. Who also has rights according to our Constitution the baby has the RIGHT to LIFE, LIBERTY, and the PURSUIT of HAPPINESS. So DEATH kinda goes against LIFE. So who is taking up for the babies?

What difference does it make if I agree or not???!!!
Posted by: Coon | August 13, 2010 at 03:18 PM
It is their right to kill unborn children, just like it is my right to drill a person in the mouth simply because I want to shut em up. Is that right?...no. Only thing worst is if a part of my salary goes toward this, which I am sure it is. Look at the people lining up to receive government housing which my pay check supplies, cant get a job but there seems to be plenty of able bodied people jumping around police cars.

The Judge is WRONG to block any part of the law. Once again the judicial branch is trying to write law which is the responsibility of the legislative branch of government. The Judge is attempting to stop the pregnant mother from receiving information that would enable her to make an INFORMED decision! Without an ultrasound and the printed information the mother is attempting to make a decision without all the facts.

Read my answer one more time then tell me if your comment makes any sense at all.you are all over the place and quiet frankly I wouldn't know how to respond to ignorant drivel like that.

We need to get a judge to block the pay of people who don't do their job, like that phantom folks call a dog catcher in westlake... I've yet to see him or the truck, did they finally fire him?

Actually, I wished they did allow either executing the kids or the parents of the kids for hollering in public places. I don't have kids and I don't think I should be forced to suffer because someone else doesn't know how to control their kids. Don't expect me to show any sympathy to someone else because they got knocked up and thinks they know how to raise children. If they infringe upon my rights than apparently you didn't know as much as you thought you did!

Jesus Christ there is so much i have to say........it's a terrible/beautiful life to be .....to be......to be forever, and to speak of it...and yet it can be so callous and capricious in it's choosing.......to know that this thing is good and another bad; not to mention the other just simply bizarre stories that i'm reckoning must be told because those stories are known, and i know them; can u imagine the mind**** of realizing it's a battle and there are others like me, out there, of different allegiances? i love you first and foremost, the people i know.....and we are safe.......beyond that, it is imperative you remember clearly.....i mean i cant just drop a cultural bomb pointing out the significance of Charles Schulze on a national identity can i?......you were so easily amused once, and u loved...and He loved, and still does, ......will i be a Charlie Brown character for all our Yesterdays? Dont hold your breath, they know there is more than ever anyone else could ever bargain for....except just to see you dancing and happy.

Charles Schulze.......you must learn about him as much as you can, find the video of him crying saying "i did the best i could, i did the best i could" in attempting to explain the human condition,so that we feel less alone in our inevitabilities, and yet always disavowing himself from Charlie Brown. We always liked to believe that Charlie Brown was an extension of Schulze didnt we? there was a sweetness about it wasnt there? But Charles always distanced himself from his creation.......a creation that brought .....joy?..empathy? ..malice even? let us not be untruthful..no one ever expected Charlie Brown's day of vindication, wasnt that the whole fun of it?.....theyre just kids, all of them.....He didnt't escape his hubris, and neither will any of you....nothing under the sun has not been done before, and together we made the sunrise, but you werent there........nothing has the right to exist simply because it happens to....it's time for a new age of heroes, people like Charles, or Joshua, or Dustin, or Todd, or Paul......youre feminine cycle of cyclical time has been defeated....no one ones to live in a boring safe world anymore, they want stories of the one...the one sperm out of millions that makes it, not the egg that just sits there unaware of it's own stagnation. Time, as they see it, is over.....now....show me your teeth kids.....

The Catholics, for once, got it right...abortion is murder....God is against it...so are they.
To stop a pregnancy before there is blood is not murder....per God..there is no life with out blood...
If you are married and have already done your part in perpetuating mankind...take the pill..
If you are unmarried, and you are a Christian, you will have no need of such a pill....on a regular basis..
True "We all have sinned"...but Christians don't live in sin...non Christians live to sin..I know...I once was a non Christian...
