It's a showdown of sorts between President Barack Obama and Senator Mary Landrieu. President Obama is blaming the delay of the 2012 budget proposal on Louisiana Senator Mary Landrieu. Landrieu basically blocked the nomination of new budget director Jacob Lew... protesting the administration's moratorium on offshore oil drilling. They say after the moratorium was lifted, Landrieu still wouldn't budge, saying she didn't agree with the way drilling permits were being issued. The administration says because of Landrieu, the President will not release his proposal until mid-February. What is your reaction to Landrieu's method of protesting the moratorium, by holding up the budget proposal?

Nothing they really say is uplifting. It’s all about money being taken away, our Govt., pissing on us, etc.

It's just a publicity stunt by Mary Landrieu to try and shore up her Senate seat for the next election. Remember, it's always about the next election for these career politicians. She knows she is in hot water with Louisiana voters who will most likely remove her from office. Expect to see more desperation moves from her in the future. Too little, too late Mrs. Landrieu!

You cant even get through to Mary's office anymore to complain. She has sold us out and the democrates really think people are stupid and will forget all in two years. I called her office in Lake Charles and was greeted on the phone by the most arrogant ###hole I have ever talked to. He pretty much told me will see in 2012 who will still be here.He doesn't feel like she works for the people in this state at all. To answer the question she is trying so save here sorry butt.
